Delivery Time

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day from the date the order was placed (Mon-Fri).

Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.

Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.

Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Pricing

Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This most commonly occurs with orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, orders including hazmat items, or orders including bulk/oversized items.

In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.

Shipping Methods

For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.

Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.

Shipping Specials

On occasion, Detailing.com may offer shipping promotions, such as free or discounted shipping. Whether immediately stated or not, these specials are only available within the contiguous 48 states and always exclude Hawaii, Alaska, and any of the US territories outside the continental United States.

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, glass cleaner concentrates, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend UPS Ground for orders weighing less than 150 lbs. For bulk orders we recommend shipping these items via Ground Freight (contact us for quote). For P.O. Box addresses, please ensure your Post Office accepts UPS shipments before selecting this method. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or outside the United States.

Delivery Confirmation for Large Purchases

To protect our customers against stolen or lost packages, orders of high value may require signature upon delivery (purchaser or family member must be present to sign during delivery). To request an Authorization for Driver Release WIthout Signature form, please email customerservice@detailing.com and include your order number.

International Shipments

We ship all international orders via USPS Priority Mail International and provide tracking for your order. USPS International shipments typically take betweeen 7-10 business days for delivery but transit times may vary based on your location. Any applicable Tax and/or Duties imposed by your country are the responsibility of the receiver at time of delivery or collection. We do not ship liquids over 64oz, aerosol or hazmat items overseas via USPS International Priority Mail.
